Outpatient recovery is made up of multiple moving parts. Our case management services are at the hub of all of these parts, communicating weekly with each provider, and checking in (also weekly) with the client, and, if need be, your family.
Case Managers help make decisions alongside the client and family, based on the progress of recovery and the information they receive.
Case Management services:
- are provided remotely (nationwide) and in person
- are available via telephone support outside of normal business hours
- include regular check-ins with treatment providers
They focus on:
- daily living skills
- meal support
- coping skills
- general oversight
